The current level of the available premises is already very good. The premises are very flexible and bright and the indoor environment is excellent in every season.

The design and layout of each space can be modified according to your needs. Interior design planners and project supervision are available free of charge

    Move in Brief

    Move is centrally located on the recently renewed main boulevard that divides old Pitäjänmäki from the new, developing Tali area. Move offers fast and easy access to the airport the City Centre and in all directions across the metropolitan area by both car and public transport. Light rail line 15 stops at the station in front of Move. 

    Move is a fresh modern building, one of the newest in the area, offering flexible office spaces with the services and sport facilities that support the wellbeing of tenant employees. These include a gym, high-quality lobby services, two restaurants, meeting rooms, catering, showers and changing rooms for cyclists & runners and a variety of different sized storage facilities.

    Move has 6 floors above the ground and 3 floors underneath with two wings. The building offers 10,000 sqm of leasable space and 200 parking spaces in its own heated garage, including EV charging stations. Good visitor parking is also available.

    With sustainability and energy efficiency as part of Move’s wellbeing values, LEED certification is already in place.

    During 2023, Move has further enhanced the entrance, lobby, and restaurant refurbishments. The new restaurant Pause offers versatile services and cozy living room spaces for Move’s tenants. The gym Elixia will renovate its gym facilities in the summer of 2024. Also, Elixia provides Move’s tenants with great benefits of the memberships. Additionally, cyclists and runners will be delighted by the new shower facilities and locker rooms with storage space. The facilities will be renovated during the year 2024. Move’s large courtyard will have a new summer terrace for the year 2024.

    Move is already home to important and successful tenants such as: Elixia, Subway, Ravintola Pause, Compass Group, Suomen Punainen Risti, 9Lives, CIL Suomi, Uudenmaan Mestari-rakentajat, Aino Health Management, Worker Etelä-Suomi, Flatpay ja Eurolaite.
