    Move in Brief

Move is centrally located on the recently renewed main boulevard that divides old Pitäjänmäki from the new, developing Tali area. Move offers fast and easy access to the airport the City Centre and in all directions across the metropolitan area by both car and public transport.

Move is a fresh modern building, one of the newest in the area, offering flexible office spaces with the services and sport facilities that support the wellbeing of tenant employees. These include a gym, high-quality lobby services, two restaurants, meeting rooms and catering, showers and changing rooms for cyclists & runners and a variety of different sized storage facilities.

Move has 6 floors above the ground and 3 floors underneath with two wings. The building offers 10 000 sqm of leasable space and 200 parking spaces in its own warm and bright garage. Good visitor parking is also available.

With sustainability and energy efficiency as part of Move’s wellbeing values, LEED certification is already in place and the application process for Breeam is underway.

In 2023 Move will be further improved with new lobby and common areas, and better, more versatile restaurant services. Other improvements include gym and wellness services, EV charging stations, new facilities for cyclists & runners, showers, lockers, dressing rooms, and a new summer terrace in Move’s large courtyard.

Move is already home to important and successful tenants such as:  Elixia, Subway, The Finnish Red Cross, Divest Group, 9 Lives, Reader’s Digest, Avarn Security, Uudenmaan Mestari Rakentajat and Aino.
