Restaurants
Restaurant Pause
A new versatile restaurant has opened in Move. The restaurant refurbishment is part of Move’s comprehensive renewal project, which also gave the property’s lobby a new fresh look. The restaurant space was modernized into a cozy service area and a living room for Move’s tenants. You are welcome to visit Pause and enjoy its offerings during its opening hours on weekdays from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM. As a Move’s tenant, you can use Pause as a living room and a place to relax in the evenings and on weekends. Pause is owned and operated by Compass Group.
Food services have expanded into a high-quality offering that considers sustainability and well-being values. Restaurant Pause offers a variety of well-being- supporting lunch and breakfast options, as well as cafe and take-away areas serve Move’s tenants around the clock. Also, a lunch cabinet for meetings is located at the restaurant. Additionally, meeting catering has been renewed, and it can be easily reserved through the restaurant’s reservation system.

Subway
The restaurant offering at Move also includes the popular fast-food restaurant Subway, located on the ground floor of the building. The restaurant provides delicious and quick options for Move’s tenants and other residents of the area. The restaurant serves customers on weekdays and weekends according to its opening hours.
Meeting services
The meeting services at Moven are expanding.
Meeting rooms can be booked for groups of different sizes. There are 3 rooms available for rent in the meeting center, two of them are on 1st floor. The restaurant Pause’s lunch cabinet for private events and meetings is located on the ground floor, and it’s easily rentable through the reservation system.
All meeting rooms have Internet access and high-quality AV equipment. The lobby staff will guide you through the use of the equipment.
Meeting rooms and catering services can be booked from the lobby staff or the reservation system. The restaurant Pause provides ample and delicious meeting catering, which can also be reserved through the reservation system.

Meeting rooms can be reserved by anyone, not just Moven tenants, at a rate of €30 per hour or €140 per day plus alv.
Meeting rooms can be rented by Move tenants for 20€/h or 100€/day plus alv.
Meeting rooms and catering can be reserved simultaneously through the reservation system and will be billed together.

Gym
Elixia Pitäjänmäki is a full-service sports center. Under the same roof, where you can find a well-equipped gym a wide group-exercise offering, and a safe and comfortable children’s area. Elixia will renovate its gym facilities in the summer of 2024, and Move’s tenants will receive a good benefit from the gym membership.
Cyclists and runners
Existing bicycle storage, showers lockers and changing rooms for cyclists and runners will be enlarged and renewed in 2024.
